“I selected the “You Choose” option for my rental. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was asked where I would be traveling, and I explained I was driving from Tennessee to New York.
The vehicle I was given was extremely small. I’ll admit I was not very excited about it at first, but I tried to focus on the positives and figured the gas mileage would be great for such a long trip — and it absolutely was.
Unfortunately, the size and handling of the vehicle made the drive stressful at times. Driving through Virginia in the rain was especially nerve-racking. Whenever semi-trucks passed, the car noticeably shifted and felt unstable, almost like driving an oversized go-kart.
That being said, my toddler and I made it to New York and back safely, which is what mattered most. Overall, the fuel efficiency was excellent, but I do wish a slightly larger and more stable vehicle would have been considered for a long-distance interstate trip.”
“This is by the far the best and well run Hertz Local I've done business with. I rent a lot during the summer for work travel, and the cars are always ready and clean. Staff is great and greet you by name when you walk in. I'm a Hertz PC member and always get fantastic upgrades. Don't go to the airport and the extra fees. These guys are great!”

“Enterprise is close to my home in clinton tn so I rented a car from them. The employees were very friendly and polite and answered any questions I had, made the process easy for me. I think I got 2 courtesy calls from them to make sure everything was going well with the car. The whole process didn't take long at all and I was on my way.”
