“This place is close to my home. They had a perfect beach trip SUV. I got a couple calls from them making sure everything was great with the vehicle. It was a fast and friendly experience with a clean new vehicle.”

“After being let down by another business and still needing a rental, I had my insurance switch me over to these guys. Much much better! I said “give me the cheapest you got” and received the cutest little economy car that was amazing on gas- I only had to get gas once in the 2 weeks I think I had it! These guys were so helpful! Upon drop off I got there right at the 5:30 pm mark- I had tried to call but it wouldn’t go through. I got stopped at every single red light on the way hah. I was worried I’d have to pay for another day, until someone came out and helped me. I felt so bad for being there right at closing time- I really hate being that person and it was already a rough day. I really appreciated someone being kind and calm with me. The next time I need a rental I know where I’ll be going, enterprise all the way!”

“Seemed like the best deal within 300 miles of where I lived when looking online. This was followed by a refreshing and immediate over the phone price without a bunch of your standard dealer upcharge nonsense. Price didn't change when I drove out to confirm the deal and pick up the car. I will happily come back here if I find myself in need of another vehicle.”

“The service staff was awesome. Got me a car right off. It’s my insurance coverage that didn’t take into consideration that I’m a bigger person and a small compact car wouldn’t work. But everything else was fine.”

“Staff was amazing and clearly knew what they were doing. They were able to do a fix to my loose bumper in a matter of minutes for no charge. I would definitely trust them with my car.”

“Outstanding customer service. I recently relocated to Knoxville and, while I am not yet familiar with local businesses, I have long trusted the Hertz brand as a Gold Member. Following an accident, I required a rental vehicle, and Megan and the entire team at this location provided an exceptional experience. Despite the stress of the situation, their professionalism, responsiveness, and attentiveness made the process seamless and reassuring. It took a few attempts to secure the vehicle that best met my needs, but each request was handled promptly and the exchanges were executed efficiently and without complication. Based on this experience, I am confident in designating this location as my preferred choice moving forward.”
