“I had Spencer come out to mount a tv to my basement wall. Problems arose with my mount and the placement of the tv. Ended up that we could not do as I wished.
Spencer then helped me move furniture and reset the room. Not what we had planned, but a great result. Now if he only did windows too....

Every single time I come to the Oakridge store there is a sign on the door saying be back. This is at LEAST the 4th time, so I made sure to get a picture.”
“I was here the day before Thanksgiving 2023, the shelfs were not stuffed full per-Black Friday Sale, but I do not normally shop at Target after all the Security breaches with Debit Card Systems being hacked. But I was there with someone else.”
“We were intent on finding a range we could take home on the same day. After 6 attempts at major appliance centers we arrived at Electronic Express and I have to say Zachery and the entire staff made sure we were taken care of. They had the exact range in stock even though it wasn't currently on display! And furnished the new power cord as well. Kudo's to the entire staff!”

“If you leave in the Knoxville area and have any issues with your Verizon phone or service, make sure you don't waste your time . Go straight to the Verizon on Callahan rd next to Lowes and ask for Lane. You will not be disappointed. After another store completely set up my new phone service wrong, they told me I would have to wait 30 days to make any changes even though it was their mistake. Well, that didn't set well with me, so by recommendation, I went to the Callahan store, and Lane had my phone & service fixed in about 15 minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Verizon location and Lane.”
