“I live partway up a mountain with what you would call a delivery vehicle-unfriendly driveway.
Recognizing this fact, I got a UPS Store box here for all my parcel deliveries.
Everyone in the store knows me and my wife by name, they're always friendly and helpful, even helping us load large, heavy, or awkward packages into our cars, like the truck bed topper I had delivered last week.
Long story short (er), they're consistently excellent, friendly, and professional.
