“I had a great experience at NAPA/Darrell's and would highly recommend taking your business here. I went there for the first time in need of an atypical repair and wasn't sure if it was within their scope of service. They were willing to do the repair and really went above and beyond to help me. Here's a (verbose - sorry for that!) summary of my experience and what really stood out:*Friendly and Knowledgable Customer ServiceI called to ask first if they could do my repair. I was surprised/relieved when the woman I'd spoken with immediately knew that they could help and gave me a friendly invite to come on by. “Lakeside completed the repairs to my vehicle to my satisfaction. They have done a great job on my vehicle, matching the paint and making sure everything was right. They even cleaned the inside of my vehicle and made sure everything was factory. Due to supply issues, it may have taken a little longer than usual, but overall they did a great job. “Great people that are local. Couldn't make it up there till closing time & was told no problem just come on up & the gentleman even stayed for about 30-45 min past closing to rotate my tires because we told him we're about to go out of town & round trip it's just shy of 1,000 miles. Tried giving him a very generous tip & of course he refused. All he said was "if you can't even take the time to help out your neighbor who's in need, then man what's the point in living anymore?"”
