“Not as expensive as other car washes. You vacuum and wipe down the inside of your car. They have spray and towels for your windows and dash. They do not have a rug cleaner.”

“UPDATE: I had a great conversation with Mark who owns this business. He’s the type of business owner who stands by his services and he took care of the issue promptly. More than happy to return to this car wash knowing that he will actively take care of any problems that might arise.
This place was a bust for me. On Friday 8/9 around 6:35, I pulled my red SUV in to manually wash my car. The soap dispenser barely kicked out any soap, the spot free rinse came out at a trickle, and the air dryer didn’t work at all (the button was taped up). All I did was waste time and money plus my car actually looked worse afterwards.
I took it through the automatic side to purchase the “ultimate” and it seems to be somewhat better.
Unfortunately there aren’t too many places where I can get a touchless wash, so I might try it again later.”
“This car wash is awesome! Iv been to a few in Chattanooga, and none of them are like Hurricane Express Wash! The employees are always so helpful & extremely kind. Travis, the manger is awesome!
One my of FAVORITE employees is DYLAN, is always so kind, helpful and such a hard worker!! Every time I come to get my car washed he is there with a smile on his face. He always offers to SHINE my tires, even though I have already gone through the car wash.

“Normally this is my go-to quick wash because it is reasonably priced and usually does a good job. I really enjoy that it has tap-to-pay. The vacuums are free with the car wash and are a good strength to clean the inside well. However, during my last visit and my sister's last visit on a different night, we both experienced a strong sewer smell during the wash, particularly at the beginning. Hopefully this can be remedied soon and it will get back to its normal quality.”

“Just went through this Zip car wash. It washed my car extremely well. The wax delivers a brilliant shine. The powerful dryers basically eliminates the need for a towel dry. One of the best features are the extra large wide detail areas. Super strong vacuums effortlessly clean the carpet and mats. Overall a great wash for an excellent price. I highly recommend this place!”
