“Brought my brand new SUV here for the first time 2 weeks ago because it had been recommended by a friend because it was (the only?) No touch car wash in the area. My new car is Pearl white and I do not want to take the chance of any scratches from auto car wash brushes. The no touch wash did pretty good, however; I was disappointed that when I pulled out to hand dry it, I opened my hatch and there was still soap. Thankfully, because I wanted to hand dry, I saw the soap.Did not read the reviews until now, but seeing how much care the owner takes in this car wash and customers, I will be giving it another try today. Hoping for a better rinse cycle and no soap left behind.”
