“Had some issues with auto pay and late fees, but they got it fixed and reversed the late fees. The u-haul messaging they use to communicate doesn’t go through, but that’s not on them. Hopefully we got the auto pay fixed. It’s been annoying but they’re trying to make it right, which I appreciate.”
“I had a pleasant experience here at public storage Colton, Stacy the beautiful young lady that helped me was very nice to me. Very polite not like the other two storage places in the area i went to first that acted like they dont have time for me. She seemed happy to help me see some units, and answered all my questions . “Wonderful experience! Brad was the best!! We traveled from RI to TN, traded in our older Lance pickup camper and came home with a brand new 2026 Lance pickup camper. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. We received a very thorough walk-through, zipped through the necessary paperwork, and all the warranties were taken care of by the staff, too! We loaded the new camper on our truck, transferred our belongings, and were headed home the next morning. We would recommend Fish’N’Fun to anyone looking for any model Lance camper.”
