“Rented for almost 5 years and never had any issues with management or with the facility. My items stayed dry and was always accessible during the hours the company said. If I need storage in the future I would definitely be back.”
“Brandi, Assistant Manager, is a stellar representative. I spent (8) hours on my first day moving in and she gave me two bottles of water.
The storage facility is very clean and it's nice that they have a bathroom that is clean as well.

“The Packrat container was super helpful to get our items moved. Since it was low to the ground, it was easy to load heavier items. Larry did a fantastic job placing the container where it was most helpful, though it was pretty tricky. He's a pro! Our dropoff location wasn't serviced every day which wasn't clear with the online scheduling calendar since it didn't filter out non-available days, just an error message when i selected a day that they didn't deliver, but the 800 number was helpful in finding a date that worked for us.”

“Had some issues with auto pay and late fees, but they got it fixed and reversed the late fees. The u-haul messaging they use to communicate doesn’t go through, but that’s not on them. Hopefully we got the auto pay fixed. It’s been annoying but they’re trying to make it right, which I appreciate.”
