“Fantastic experience from start to finish. I had my A/C system serviced due to a leaking high side valve — they replaced both high- and low-side valves, checked for any additional leaks, and recharged the system for a very fair price. The job took a little longer because one of the replacement valves didn’t fit correctly, but instead of cutting corners, they ordered the proper part and made sure it was done right.
What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail — they even found a tool I’d accidentally left under the hood and put it safely in my cup holder. That kind of integrity is hard to find. Excellent workmanship, communication, and care. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing reliable and trustworthy auto service.”

“We had our Jeep towed to Cecil's Automotive after the coolant hoses ruptured and left my husband stranded on the interstate. Despite being swamped, they got us in quickly and told us it might take 24–48 hours just to look at it. We were prepared to share one car for the week, assuming the repair wouldn’t be done until much later.
To our surprise, they called us in less than 24 hours and not only had they diagnosed the issue, but it was already fixed and ready for pickup! The cost was fair, and everyone we dealt with was super friendly, honest, and helpful. We’re incredibly grateful for the fast turnaround and great service. Highly recommend Cecil's!”

“Thanks to Chad and the Amazing team at Christian Brothers Automotive in Collierville. I was stuck in a parking lot because my truck wouldn’t go in reverse or drive. A quick call to Chad and he was there to assist. He set up to get my truck towed to the shop and turns out it was a quick and easy fix! Chad even had my truck dropped off at my house (same day)! Talk about Great Customer Service and going Above and Beyond!! We use this shop for all our vehicles needs and we are so lucky to have this gem in Collierville! “Driver's license slid underneath climate control panel and gear shift console. Stopped by Joe Stewart Collision in Collierville on a recommendation from Bluff City Land Rover. Console was disassembled to retrieve my driver's license, and carefully reassembled. The labor charge was very reasonable and the customer service was exceptional.”

“I'm very impressed with this shop. I'm working out of town & my water pump starts leaking antifreeze on my 2012 Ford Super Duty. I reached out to one of my local contacts that I made through my job in construction & he told me to bring it to Southern Automotive in Collierville. I was there when they opened up the next morning & they told me that they would have it ready by end of that day. They quoted me a price & stuck to it. They have a customer for as long as I'm here working in Memphis for the next year & a half. That was a quicker & a fair price as it would've been back home in Nashville. I would've been without my main means of transportation for at least a week or two. This means more to me than I'm able to express, especially being out of town so far from home. I'm recommending this place to everyone on my job site, as there are a hundred plus coming here from Nashville as well. Fair, honest & fast is very hard to find these days.”

“i wrote a review on google when i first bought my vehicle i had preordered. ton of things were messed up with it and it took a while before anyone at the dealership to listen. after i finally made a review and filed a complaint with BBB i got a response and was able to get my vehicle in and fixed as best they could. i would still not recommend buying a vehicle from there especially if you preorder unless you state you want the stuff fixed before you sign the paperwork if you were to have issues. but i would highly recommend their service department and especially the service advisor matt tullos and the service manager tony roberson for helping me out on getting everything fixed and answering any and all questions i had. the 4 stars are for the service department.”

The service technician did a great job of troubleshooting and finding the problem. They were able to get me back in my new car as fast as possible, making sure it was truly fixed. “I took my Lexus to the Collierville Gateway despite some negative reviews I saw because I have never had an issue at other Gateway locations. My issue was a very strong pull to the right when driving. I figured something was damaged with the suspension or I needed new struts. I dropped the car off early Saturday morning and they were so nice explaining what they would do. Within a couple hours they called and said I had a bad tire. That was it. I so appreciated their honesty and integrity when they could have easily taken advantage of me and I would have never known. Many shops would have. Also I was only charged $35 for the diagnosis when a lot of shops are charging 4-5 times more. In my mind they'd stock just went up dramatically and I will definitely return to this location. Thank you for a great experience.”
