Service department advisor I had never returned my calls. They got the wrong parts for my truck twice so my truck was there for two weeks. I finally had to contact the service manager to get my advisor to call me back. Amazing that a Ford dealership can’t get the right Ford parts

Mr. Lee in the service department is wonderful! He went above and beyond to get my vehicle serviced last minute. He was very communicative and had great customer service. We drive from out of state just to bring our car to him!
