“These guys are top notch! I bought a bike from Los Angeles because it’s a hard bike to find and they had one. So I took a chance without having done a test ride. The communication was great!! And Lynn’s assessment of the bike and how it compares to what I was currently using was 100% on the mark! The bike packing was great!
Secondly, when I found some damage they replaced the part no questions! Even though come to discover it was a UPS issue! The customer service is amazing! I only wish I was local because this would hands down be my shop! Thanks Lynn and Will!”
