Steve at the Cville location was very helpful and when he saw I was not crazy about color available he went to the fleet feet website. Found a color I was happy with and instructed me to sign in so that I would earn credits. What salesperson does this anymore? Fantastic customer service!!!

Great experience. My salesperson really listened to what I needed. Price a little high but worth every penny. Plus my inserts can go into any shoe.

Stephen was WONDERFUL!! He took his time with me shoe after shoe after shoe, he made me feel comfortable, and welcomed. He did a great job explaining everything to me! I have difficult feet and I was so flustered, but he reassured me I was not a bother and he was happy to help. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

It was my initial visit to Fleet Feet, and the assistance I received was exceptional. Associate Ms. Neely demonstrated remarkable expertise and provided valuable guidance. She is undoubtedly an asset to the organization, and her contributions are highly commendable. It would be beneficial to have more individuals like her within the company.

Here is my story. I had just visited a competitors store and had a sales person that apparently did not want to be at work that day and was of no help. So I just went over to the Collierville Fleet Feet store where I know that I will get taken care of. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Erica. She was so sweet and so helpful. I told her what I was looking for and immediately went to work. She pulled the shoes out of the backroom as I sat down she already had the shoes pulled out the box and was handing them to me. What great service she had provided. Keep up the great work Erica! I will definitely be back to Fleet Feet again as it is my only shoe store!

Erica is AWESOME! She scanned my feet and fit me for the right shoes, which led to a lot of new learnings about my feet I wasn’t aware of, and how they’ve changed over the years. She patiently and expertly explained everything. Definitely exceeded expectations! I’m excited to place an order!

Great place if you are looking for new comfortable shoes to walk, run or work in!My wife is a nurse and she loves coming here to buy shoes.Today was my first time buying shoes here and the worker (totally forgot their name) was extremely helpful. He measured my feet, watched me run and gave me recommendations on shoes that would be best for me. He brought me three pairs and all of them fit great! I ended up buying a new pair of shoes and though it’s just been a day they feel amazing!

Very welcoming as soon as entering. Travis was exceptional as well as knowledgeable about what shoes were best for cross country. Observation of entire staff was top notch! Will definitely be returning again for any future purchases.
