“I have not made a purchase at this furniture store but I did visit and roam around. The sales lady I talked with was very helpful and friendly. She easily explained the things they could do to make my selection a true custom fit for me. I also liked a few unusual pieces they had in the store. They head sofas, beds, and most household furniture plus a section of recliners. Lots of art work also.”

“The owner is very friendly and the staff goes above and beyond to help customers. I bought a mahjong rack set as a gift for a friend. The set only came with 3 racks because the 4th was on display.
I messaged The Truffle Pig on Facebook to inquire about how I could get the missing rack. They offered to meet me at the store on a day they were closed to resolve the issue. I just picked it up a few minutes ago!

“Great selection of items and they always have good sales which is great. The customer service is hit or miss at any Hobby Lobby (or just about anywhere nowadays, honestly) but the black male manager made a point to be extra jolly and cheesy with white customers while ignoring and turning his nose up at black customers. Lol, I guess because he thinks he’s in Collierville it’s okay to treat other people of color a certain way. He made sure to take a good look at me in my dress though! Weirdo.”
“I had such an enjoyable experience here. We are new to the area and needed furnitures for our new home. John helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and everyone else there jumped in at some point to help us. Selection was great. Quality appeared to be excellent and prices were (in my opinion) very reasonable. We got a coffee table, 2 parsons chairs, a king size bed (frame, headboard and footboard) and a queen headboard. Delivery fee was also very, very reasonable. I would definitely go back if/when we need more furniture.”

“I just want to brag on our Collierville Kirkland’s! The ladies working today (whose names I should have captured) went above and beyond to help me find a second accent chair from another store. Once they found it at another store, that store told me they wouldn’t hold it for me. I asked the Collierville manager if I could return the chair if I got to that store and found that they sold the second one since they wouldn’t hold it for me. She then called the manager of the other store and explained the situation and asked them to hold it (who agreed to do so). On top of that, she called another 3 stores about a sofa I’m on the hunt for. They were so kind and not annoyed to help me. All 3 of the ladies were so kind and helpful. Five star customer service. ❤❤❤❤”
