I would give more but the truth is that for me they don't deserve it and even less in this store, we always buy material and the employees give a very bad service, at least those who have served us are like that.

I went for paint and no one was in the paint section for 20+ minutes. Someone else was in Isle 15 waiting for someone and had two call outs for assistance. I just dropped the rest of my things and left.

Chris (from the windows and doors department) is the most helpful Home Depot employee of any store in the Memphis area. Maybe even the US. Very knowledgeable.

Searched online for a doorknob, found it and went to Collierville store and was guided to location by Jack. In and out in 10 minutes and Jack represents you well.

Called to make sure a Reindeer was in stock and told them that there were no others left in town. That the other stores had sold even their displays. The worker that I talked to confirmed over the phone that if all the others were sold (which they were) they would sell the display. I drove 40 minutes to this location, the display was still up. Manager refused to sell the display. I offered to pay for the one they have coming in, was told they couldn't do that either.
Very unprofessional and not good business. Sometimes you got to think logically instead of by the book. Seems like the other managers at the other stores got their A game on.

Just realized how BAD this “color match” was. What in the..? I have grace if you just say you don’t know, but if I’m paying $27 for a bucket of paint, we need better accuracy than this..

I was in checking out of the store a couple days ago and there were no lanes open for checkout except self checkout. I had a cart of several large, heavy and awkward items. While I was trying to maneuver the items around so I could find the bar code to scan, there were two attendants standing there chatting who were there observing the self checkout. There should always be a manned checkout lane open. These attendants of the self checkout lane are basically doing nothing. There's something wrong here. I have always preferred Home Depot, but I will certainly now try out Lowes.

My truck was vandalized in the front of the parking lot in mid day during my roadtrip from CA->NC. See photo!!!
Rude Staff wouldn’t even provide CCTV without a police report. I tried explaining that I needed to check out of my hotel and get on the road, they were entirely unhelpful.
Will have to take time to file a report once I arrive in NC.
I would not shop or park here.

Well against my better judgement I bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot. I have had problems before. Took 2 weeks to deliver beecause they were all full on appointments but also on delivery day they were over an hour late from my window and them tried to say no I had it wrong. I have a text from them when it was. I also requested an AM delivery and it arrived at almost 8pm...And Now I am told they have to send a plumber out to install it and will be 2 more days minimum. I will not buy another appliance from Home Depot. They have wasted a ton of my time.

Waited 25 minutes for help in the electrical section. Finally, I received help from someone at the customer service desk. Woman working self-scan area was rude.

Unusually helpful and friendly staff; clean. Collerville's Home Depot is my choice among all Home Depot stores.
