Had 3 vehicles that needed routine maintenance and a recall repair. Accomplished over 3 days by rotating them. Recall required time for glue to dry. Staff handled efficiently and professionally. Got a phone as soon as each vehicle was completed so we could drop the next one. We choose to drive from east Memphis to Collierville for the quality of service received.
Most recently returned from vacation. Pick up and return at appointed time. Service completed in timely manner. Staff courteous and professional.

I was hauling with my 2019 Ford F350 dually from NY to Memphis. We hit Memphis, and the truck started counting down miles. I found Landers, and they got my truck right in. I was out of the 50 miles and couldn't turn the truck off. They repaired the DEF injector quickly, and we were back on the road. Great service, excellent mechanics. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

Landers Ford Service was able to get me in next day and diagnose the issue that Monday AM. Another local Ford dealership could not even get us in for 3 weeks and then could not tell us when they could work on our car after the diagnosis. We will definitely be back and recommend Landers Ford to others.
