“The ladies that work (& own?) this store are the friendliest ever. Even if I don't buy anything (which has only happened once in the 15+ times I've been) you just feel good and happy when you leave! Their clothes are very reasonably priced ( and I'm a cheapskate), very high quality, and very clean!! I love this store!!!”
“Dropped by here on the final stop of my tour of Tennessee for a little browse and what a store this is! Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. In particular I spoke with a gentleman who gave me some interesting history about the store and also ended up talking a bit of premier league football/soccer with me which was a wonderful surprise.
On the way out the store I asked about feathers for the hat I was wearing and was presented with a lovely turkey feather. What a memory this is and I will absolutely be returning at some point before Christmas.”

He was so thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable, with great ideas and just so personable that we knew we were in good hands and quickly settled on the right suit for me. “Old Navy is one of those stores that fosters uniformity in all of its stores, regardless of location. Given that fact, the experience, music, layout, etc. is what you would expect. I walked in, found what I wanted and completed the purchase. In and out in approximately 10 minutes!”
