I've been with this company 2+yrs.Pay my premiums on time every time.I was carjacked on 12.18.23The manner my claim was handled was deplorable and disgusting.Advertising dollars are just that. I switched to Allstate almost 2 years ago. I wasn't too happy that they raised my rates after the first year. But it was explained to me that all the auto theft was the reason. I did have a home claim which was taken care of wonderfully.
