“I'm very impressed with this shop. I'm working out of town & my water pump starts leaking antifreeze on my 2012 Ford Super Duty. I reached out to one of my local contacts that I made through my job in construction & he told me to bring it to Southern Automotive in Collierville. I was there when they opened up the next morning & they told me that they would have it ready by end of that day. They quoted me a price & stuck to it. They have a customer for as long as I'm here working in Memphis for the next year & a half. That was a quicker & a fair price as it would've been back home in Nashville. I would've been without my main means of transportation for at least a week or two. This means more to me than I'm able to express, especially being out of town so far from home. I'm recommending this place to everyone on my job site, as there are a hundred plus coming here from Nashville as well. Fair, honest & fast is very hard to find these days.”

“I took my Lexus to the Collierville Gateway despite some negative reviews I saw because I have never had an issue at other Gateway locations. My issue was a very strong pull to the right when driving. I figured something was damaged with the suspension or I needed new struts. I dropped the car off early Saturday morning and they were so nice explaining what they would do. Within a couple hours they called and said I had a bad tire. That was it. I so appreciated their honesty and integrity when they could have easily taken advantage of me and I would have never known. Many shops would have. Also I was only charged $35 for the diagnosis when a lot of shops are charging 4-5 times more. In my mind they'd stock just went up dramatically and I will definitely return to this location. Thank you for a great experience.”

“We had our Jeep towed to Cecil's Automotive after the coolant hoses ruptured and left my husband stranded on the interstate. Despite being swamped, they got us in quickly and told us it might take 24–48 hours just to look at it. We were prepared to share one car for the week, assuming the repair wouldn’t be done until much later.
To our surprise, they called us in less than 24 hours and not only had they diagnosed the issue, but it was already fixed and ready for pickup! The cost was fair, and everyone we dealt with was super friendly, honest, and helpful. We’re incredibly grateful for the fast turnaround and great service. Highly recommend Cecil's!”
