“Man this is like a part Warehouse. This guy has everything we needed. Jim has hoses and fittings that we were able to make our own custom repair. Jim was the only one in town that had the throttle gasket on hand. Jim had magnets, individual sockets, flashlight, antifreeze concentrated, and everything I needed to repair my blown radiator hose. The other parts companies had to order the throttle body gasket which cost $2.50 but I had to pay $10 shipping. Jim had it right on hand.”

“Caliber in Columbia fixed my daughter’s rear bumper. We were updated frequently through text every step of the way. They worked well with insurance and getting a rental. The work was finished in a week time and they called once completed to set up pickup and went over everything in person! Very nice experience!”
“I got my SUV back yesterday and it looks amazing. I had rear bumper damage from a wreck. They did such an awesome job and it was faster than estimated. My car was detailed on the inside and out and they even got my headlights clear and they were very oxidized. It looks better than the day I bought it.”

“I cannot say enough nice things about these folks. I rented a Harley Rake for my skid steer and while I was doing work had a complete hydraulic failure on my skid steer.
The rake was due back the next day and due to the hydraulic coupling on my machine I couldnt remove the rake. I had to take the machine and rake to the dealer, have them fix the issue and return the rake 8 days later. It was a scheduling nightmare. Trey Adcock and the crew at Dixie Diesel were very understanding and helped me navigate this. They went over and above delivering great service and communication.”

But what truly stood out was the outstanding service provided by retail sales associate, Jocelyn. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. “The twerplet behind the counter (not sure about that gender) was typical of millennials, with sullen, I could care less demeaner. Getting info was like pulling teeth. She refused my vetrans discount because I didn't have my ID with me.
The manager who installed the wiper blades was the just the
opposite. Polite, efficient, friendly.”
“They fixed our car after my daughter hit a deer. They did a wonderful job on the repairs. The car looks brand new. Not only that but they washed the car and cleaned the inside of it.
