“If you’re stressed about damage to you vehicle…You’re doing it wrong! I know. Because I was you about a week ago. My wine hit a deer in a gen 3 Toyota Tacoma. There are so many things that can go wrong with the front end of these trucks…But NOT if you take it to Dans! Total transparency, my insurance recommended them (as they work seamlessly with their claim process).However, I did my own research, I called “D” and spoke with her and even though I didn’t commit right away, She never pushed, she simply advised and walked me through what I could expect from working with them. I spoke with my wife after reading some reviews (all the good and the bad) and we decided to make an appointment.We met D at their office and she was so polite and empathetic to our situation. She said that they would order parts and said that it could be a week out. Not much of a problem as the truck was drivable. We set everything up with insurance, and D even offered to coordinate a rental vehicle (thru insurance) to pick us up at the day of drop off. ( we didn’t need it, but it was nice to know that it was offered).Talk about “under promising and over delivering!!!) we were expecting to be without the truck for 1.5 weeks…. We had it back in 5 days!!!!Everything is matched perfectly! You can’t even tell that we tried to handicap Bambi!! I mean EVERY SEAM IS FACTORY PERFECT!!Paint match? PerfectHood alignment? PerfectLight adjustment? Perfect…On top of ALL THAT…. They took our truck to be washed after they had so completely done EVERYTHING PERFECT!! Talk about service!!
