Brown's Body Shop

Auto Parts, Body Shops
Hours: Brown's Body Shop is a reputable auto repair shop known for their excellent body and trim work. Customers have been generally satisfied with the quality of the repairs, with one reviewer praising the "great repair" on their Audi Q5 and another noting the shop even had parts shipped overnight to complete the job sooner. However, the shop has faced some communication issues that have frustrated customers. One reviewer was given three different dates for when their car would be ready, only to be told each time that it needed more time. This lack of clear communication added unnecessary stress. Another customer had their vehicle for over 5 months before it was completed. The most concerning issue was a report of a customer's personal firearm going missing from their vehicle while it was at the shop for repairs. While the manager defended his employees, the fact remains that the gun was stolen, highlighting the importance of removing all valuables before leaving a vehicle for service. Despite these drawbacks, Brown's Body Shop is still viewed positively overall. Customers appreciate the shop's willingness to go the extra mile, like cleaning the interior of one truck. With their skilled technicians and commitment to quality work, Brown's Body Shop remains a recommended option for auto body repairs in the area.
