“I recently had a horrible car accident and had to send a very large amount of money by wire to my bank to handle the loan Jessica Parham went above and beyond to make sure this transaction went through flawlessly she even stayed past her normal working hours to ensure I was satisfied the following day she stayed on top of the transaction giving me step by step account updates (as this was a large wire transfer I was nervous) I will also say I drove over an hour and will gladly do so again to deal with her thank you again Jessica”

“Back in the late 1990's I chose to bank at Union Planters Bank it was purchased by Regions Bank. I wondered what the change would bring. I must say over the years I cannot recall one unpleasant interaction. Whether I'm talking on the phone or in person at one of the branches in town I'm always treated with respect, patience when I have questions, and the employees have phenomenal customer service attributes!!! “I cannot say enough about these employees! Because of my mother’s health the last few years of her life, I had POA and was on her bank accounts. The employees knew the situation and were VERY respectful to my mother and very helpful to me!!! On a few occasions when I had to write very large checks to contractors who were repairing mu mother’s house, the bank discreetly called me to make sure the checks were valid. They kept a watchful eye on my mother’s money as if it were their own mother!!! Thank you!!!”
