The pharmacy staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. After not being acknowledged for a few minutes, I was told my prescription would be ready in 10 minutes, (my Dr. had sent in the prescription two days prior). After wandering the store for 10 minutes I went back to the counter and was greeted by the same worker and she then proceeded to tell me that they don't currently have that medication in stock. Did you not know this a few minutes ago? I was one of about 3 customers in the store, I could've been easily found and told. No apologies, for the wait or inconvenience. A complete waste of time.The only reason they got a 2 star, and not a 1, is the front counter cashier was very friendly and didn't act like I was invisible when entering and exiting the store.I asked my Dr to switch my prescription to Walgreens where it's actually cheaper anyways. I don't think I ever have a reason to return to CVS, specifically this location.

Got my prescription super fast, was in and out in 10 minutes!!!!! Will definitely be coming here from now on!!!

This one is for Bryce in pharmacy. He is awesome! Pleasant to deal with and knows his stuff! Glad we switched our prescriptions over to this location! Bryce is the man!

Never had a problem here with my prescriptions. Also pharmacist dude the young one is very very attractive to look at. I can’t even look him in the eyes or I’d blush.

Very difficult to get in touch with. I never called and talked to anything other than a machine and this location does not return voicemail, even directly to the pharmacy. If your medication is important/timely/necessary for life, choose elsewhere.

This is not my usual store; I had to go here as this pharmacy was the nearest for a vaccine. The store staff was then filling shelves with holiday items; aisles had boxes all over. Not unusual but it made it very messy. I needed to use the restroom facilities after my appointment and was totally grossed out. The singe restroom ( large as it is handicap accessible) was dirty. The floor drain had accumulated filth, the towel dispenser was empty and a roll of paper towels was placed standing on the sink. No soap in wall dispenser. The floor and wall trim looked like a dirty mop had been used for a long period of time. Soap drips on floor. Grime visible. TP dispenser empty - a roll was placed on the the toilet lid. Paper on the floor. As the store appeared short-staffed with no manger in sight I called corporate to make a complaint. The bathrooms need a professional and thorough steam cleaning. Not a sloppy mopping. If the store has a cleaning crew they need to either be replaced or be made aware that what is being done for cleaning is inadequate. The restrooms do need to be monitored by staff at store to ensure there is sufficient paper goods and hand soap. I cannot imagine how the pharmacy staff can keep their hands clean without soap.

If a gun was held to my head, I would still ask if I could use a different pharmacy.Horrible with communicating, not transparent and your problems that are caused by their incompetence is not their problem.

I swear, everyone is asleep here. The management is clearly the worst or the store would not run this poorly.If you require something from this CVS you should really consider looking elsewhere. Ordering is not hard, especially when you know what you need in advance, MONTHS in advance.CVS corporate needs to relieve the Management of their duties and send them packing.

Wish I could leave zero stars. This place is a complete joke. This is the ONLY cvs that has consistently been an black eye to the other stores. CVS sends out coupons in emails. 99% of the time, this location REFUSES to honor these coupons. After complaining for YEARS about this practice, do they fix the store? NO! They stop sending coupons!A few days ago, I needed to pick up 2 prescriptions from this location. She called and verified that they both were ready for pickup. I told the pharmacist that I had TWO prescriptions to pick up, and he insisted that there was only one. Ok, maybe I was wrong. NO! they arbitrarily decided to ship the 2nd one, leaving my wife without her needed medication for several days. But it was at the pharmacy when I asked for it.I have been a loyal CVS customer for decades. Every single other CVS I have ever done business with ALWAYS honors my coupons. ALWAYS friendly and nice. ALWAYS has shelves full of stock.I'm sure that some of the employees here are just doing what they are told, but some of them need to get out of the customer service business. The best thing that could happen to this location would be to close it down and send folks to Walgreens less than a 1/4 mile away...

Classic bait and switch. Send you coupons that they will not allow you to use. When I question why, I am told "I'm not going to lose my job to honor your coupon" I use to shop here every week, but the relentless lack of concern for customer satisfaction has urged me to shop at the Walgreens just down the street. The Walgreens people are always friendly and smiling, and NEVER question me using a coupon. They even tell me when I have savings to use on my purchase. The columbia location is THE ONLY cvs that refuses to honor store issued coupons.
