I am so tired of buying things that have already been opened with half of the hardware missing. I commute to Columbia just for this sometimes

My washing machine went out on Nov. 16. Could not get one delivered until Nov.22. IT NEVER WAS DELIVERED! Canceled our purchase!!

Worst service we have ever had and we visit often. We live 45 mins away and have been there 3 times to order countertops and have yet to get them order. today was told the guy was in lunch and we waited 45 mins and went back and guess what he had just gone to lunch and talked to the manager over the area and he was no help... read full comment
