“Always friend helpful staff. They are very informative. I ve asked about lots of subjects ranging from gardening to general pet food questions. The stuff always assists or finds someone that can. Very knowledgeable. The prices are great as well. I ve also used the auto center to replace 4 wheeler rims and my vehicles rims. Great service and awesome staff.”
“The tools are at a lower price but also quality. They did replace a 12 ton bottle jack that blow a seal only lifting 4 tons.
The new one will be tested in a few days. I will edit this post if it fails also”

“Met the best of employees at Lowes last night. We came in for a large order of wood. Mr. Jimmy was the first to come help us. He was polite. Even with us having a large order, he kept a smile on his face. Mr. Jimmy is a great asset to Lowes, I sure hope they know that. Mr. Kenny came to help, and he too was great. Both of these wonderful men are Veterans. I thank them for their service to our country and thank them for their great customer service at Lowes.”

Customer service is a lost art. I think people forget that customers are the reason they have a job. Make yourself available for your customer and when asked where a product is, rather then looked bothered and give an aisle number, if possible take them to it.
