When I went to pick up my medical device, Dana waited on me immediately. She was very helpful explaining how to use it in detail. She was so friendly and kind and even loaded it in my car for me. We need more people like Dana in the work force.

I needed a wheelchair ASAP after foot surgery. We got there right as they were closing. They were nice enough to stay late and help us get new wheelchair and crutches.

My first experience to cpap machines was pretty easy. Danielle did a great job helping me with the transition by answering my questions, explaining the set up, maintenance and how everything works.
