This place is the worst place people are rude and all they care about is the money they can get out of their patients they take advantage of you I have been trying to get my mom a pic for over a year I had to go to her ins com and they went to corporate to get them to do anything and now they are only allowing her 1 battery for her unit they have really made it rough on her and made my life hell not very compassionate to their patients. I don’t recommend this place go somewhere else if you can.

Recently they have gotten TERRIBLE!! I cannot get anyone I can understand to answer the phone! My bill is always wrong! I have the bill paid by the 12th they charge me again on the the 27th for my Oxygen concentrator. I have CPAP and 02 with this company. It's awful! I am looking for another company now!!

Can I put zero stars? This place is horrible considering when you call, you're probably in a situation with a very ill individual. They jerked us around for four days, and then she told us they don't even have a bed until three days after we need it. Do not even call them. They are horrible.

If I could give less than one star I would. My husband has been trying to get a mask fitting for 3 months and they always have an excuse they need certain things for insurance but they don't call the insurance company and they don't call us to get it. I've gotten them everything they need and they still don't call for the fitting. My husband's doctor appointment is coming up and he's going to ask us how the mask has been fitting and we don't even have it yet. We are now going with another provider for the mask fitting and all services.

Where do I start... walked in the door, the receptionist greeted me ask for my credit card. She said that they would not use it until I call for supplies. Now they have charged my card over 600.00 dollars and there were no supplies sent to me. Called billing they can't help me. Ask for a supervisor, they said she will call you in 3 to 4 days. It's been over 10 days and they took another 136.00 out today. The bill itemization states supplies I never received. Scammers, Fraudulent activity. I don't even use the cpap, the pressure to high. I'm taking it to back to them tomorrow. I closed my card. Once they are in your account they stay in your acct.

Watch their billing, my pulmonologist first alerted me to this and I started watching my statements. I can’t get a straight answer and I’m told I can’t cancel my auto payments.

Suppose to send a replacement oxygen machine. Send someone to look at this loud machine. Jason the tech was very courteous and helpful. They will tell you anything.

Amazing service.You go in and wait in the visitors area, very clean, nice, and comfortable with super friendly staff. Then someone will come out to get you to bring you into their office.I was scheduled with Donnie. He was absolutely amazing. Went over the machine I was picking up, face mask options, fittings, and was so kind and so funny. I was totally freaked out before going and was put completely at ease. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

Tried to get new cpap but after months of trying found out order was cancelled in May without our knowledge. No effort to assist in getting one.

I tried to obtain a CPAP machine for 7 weeks, always receiving different excuses why one wasn’t available. I had called several times, and no one would answer. I left my number, and no one called back until I went to their location and told them to cancel my order, after finding out they had the machines, but couldn’t see me for 3 MORE WEEKS. Very rude personnel at my visit. Then, like a Miracle, I came home and got a call from a lady, who tried to sound friendly, saying they had a machine for me next week. Too little, too late. Too many excuses. I’ll get the machine elsewhere.

Called this morning because my husband's oxygen concentrators alarm went off and would not reset. The representative called me back and in less than 4 hours we have a new unit in place and working great. Can't get better service than that. Thanks so much!!

The initial tech was great. I had to reorder portable O2 tanks and they told me it would be a week. They were not delivered. I called and had to leave a message. Someone called me back that was nasty and said she would put in an order. I asked why another order and I needed these now. Of course I did not receive the needed supplies.

I was charged for oxygen equipment for a whole month after my Dr. Discontinued it. It took them several days to pick equipment up, n I was charged for a whole month, when they should have picked up in a timely manner. Trying to get that bill resolved, was ridiculous, hours of being put on hold, refered to speak to another dept, n not to mention no return calls after leaving tons of messages. Don't use this company.

My mother's oxygen concentrator quit working today (this is the 2nd concentrator we've had in the last month) so I put her on her portable/emergency tank which is very small and is supposed to last between 2 and 4 hrs depending on how many Liters you use. No biggie, just figured they would be here within a few hrs after I let them know what's going on. I called them (when they opened as this happened early this morning) and here it is almost 8 hrs later, nobody has shown up or called. I've called them 7 times and they keep telling me "Someone should be there any minute". This place shouldn't even be operating or "serving" people. Already called and got the ball rolling for a different medical supply company and get rid of this joke of a business. Beware if you have to have ANYTHING from them that means the difference between life or death, they DO NOT care.

I’m currently standing in their office.. listening to the receptionist making fun of patients that are calling in for assistance. I’m a nurse and I know how difficult it is to deal with people however you don’t do this in front of other patients. I also overheard HIPPA violations as I now know the address for a patient at 851 N Campbell Blvd that they called “ridiculous”.The other clinical personnel that go over the supplies were perfect but I can’t stand poor customer service at the start.. it ruins the entire visit.
