    Don’t plan on reaching them by phone. They use robots, it takes forever to find out the person you need isn’t there. The person who calls you never leaves his/her extension so you have to go through all the prompts every time. No one leaves an email or cell so you can only communicate by phone. And this is a tech company???

    WORST billing dept ever! I would give a ZERO if that was an option! I was repeatedly overcharged from day one, lied to by their billing management dept & ultimately paid double for a cpap machine & that was WITH insurance! AVOID this company!! They are a huge Rip Off

    No one answers phone. Never received supplies. Got machine in Oct. can’t get anyone to help. Terrible company. Without supplies I’ll get sick. No one at protech returns calls. Phones always go to voicemail. Ready to dump their machine in their office and change suppliers. Don’t bother using them.
