He answered all my questions and even gave me some helpful tips for future shipments. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. “Shoutout to Alexis M for her outstanding customer service!! I had missed a delivery that needed a signature and I needed the package that day. My husband and I stopped by the store in hopes that we would be able to pick it up there. She found out which truck the package was on and called the driver(I think his name started with a J, Alexis would know). We were willing to wait until the driver came back, but he too was amazing. He was near our house and said he could redeliver since I had my door tag signed and I had shown Alexis my ID! They're some keepers, don't lose 'em!”
