The clerk greets customers as soon as they step into the door, asks if they need help, and shows how to pack items so they are secure and can tell if they were tampered with. Customers say the team is awesome and recommend the store. Service is described as beyond wonderful; staff remember names, greet with a smile, make you feel welcome, and are professional, personable, quick, helpful, and make eye contact. It is one of the best UPS locations, especially busy during holidays. The return kiosk needs fixing and encouraging Amazon customers could reduce lines.
I absolutely love going into this UPS store because the employees are always so happy and are eager to help. I’m usually going in to return packages and they always make it easy and simple. I have never had an issue or a bad experience. Thank you guys!

Courteous people. Centrally located building. But very bad parking situation. Parking lot serves 3 businesses. And is my to small for convenience.

Alexander at the COLUMBIA store was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt confident that my shipments were in good hands for a great price!
