“Easy, quick, convenient drop-off. I do wish it noted somewhere that it’s inside a Walgreens lol so for anyone that doesn’t know, go to the Photo Booth counter and those people just scan your drop off and text you confirmation and tracking. Love it.”
“I regretfully did not get her name, but whoever was working day shift on June 3rd is the BEST. I had a mishap with a passport being delivered and the address the Consulate wrote was way, way wrong. As in, didn’t even exist. Thankfully they attached the slip I wrote for them with the correct address on the outside, so the employee corrected it in the system before I even got there. Still, I was following the tracking and ran down to Columbia because I was afraid the delivery exception would lead to it being returned to sender. I must have looked just frazzled enough because she knew exactly what I was there for from the moment I walked in. I was able to sign for my passport with my driver’s license and we had a good laugh about the crazy situation. Crisis averted, ended up being a funny story. Plus, she corrected the address so even if I hadn’t noticed the exception, the package would have been safely delivered anyway. Thank you so much!!!!”
