“Matt Allen, our salesman at your Cookeville,TN store, did a great job advising my wife and I on our appliance purchases. He was patient and friendly. He also discovered two rebate programs that saved us significant money. A very positive experience. Thank you, Matt!”
“I have been to many Fergusons over the last couple years all throughout Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, and Georgia. I have to say that Eddie and Russell are some of the friendliest guys ive come across. I really appreciate the good attitude and the helpfulness. Keep up the good work guys!”
“This is the only place that had the needed parts to repair my AC. I am grateful for these guys. Awesome service, very informative and knowledgeable. They will be my first call in the future.”
“I had no idea Aaron’s was a rent-to-own store until I walked in, so that was a pleasant surprise! It’s actually a really cool setup, especially if you're not trying to drop a bunch of cash all at once. I was just browsing, but now I’m seriously considering going back to get a bed from them. They had some really nice furniture—there were a couple of couches I absolutely loved. The two ladies working there when I came in were incredibly nice and helpful without being pushy, which made the whole experience feel super relaxed. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to when I’m ready to furnish more of my space.”

“We had Custom Fireplaces & More install our gas fireplace in 2025, and asked them to do a service checkup for this upcoming winter. Janet Andree came this morning and did a thorough review of the fireplace, pilot light, and the rest of the system. She gave us some good instruction and guidance for regular use and upkeep of the system, and offered to return if there were any problems.”
