When I walked in, I was warmly greeted, they made setting up an account super easy. Everyone I have interacted with has been super nice. They make you feel valued and they are genuinely happy to have u as a customer. Like they know they wouldn't have a job without their customers. I am excited to be a customer at this bank.”

“Southeast Bank on 10th is the best local bank I've ever dealt with and I've been to many having moved from Maryland. Donna is always extremely helpful and attentive to my numerous needs. The tellers are always very kind and you feel like you're not just banking with them but friends with them too. My kids love coming too. I recommend anyone who will listen to come here. They have the best rate on checking in the area as well. You need to see them!!”

“Please take a look at your banking services and modernize them to improve your customer’s needs. It’s baffling that in this digital age, there’s no straightforward way to opt out of receiving paper statements for my mortgage. The requirement to visit a branch in person just to sign up for the online portal to view my mortgage statements is dated. Moreover, provide your customers the options to make additional payments through the portal once their account is created versus it mainly being a place to view their balance (which we get from the mailers we can’t opt out of). While I suspect some of these procedures were originally put in place decades ago for security reasons, other forward-thinking banks have found a way to allow such transactions online - ensuring flexibility and convenience for their customers. What not to change is your customer service. From multiple encounters, I’ve spoke to friendly and helpful CSRs which is the reason I’m giving this review 4 stars instead of one. Thank you for listening to this feedback and hopefully making changes to serve customers like myself that prefer a more convenient, digital banking experience than having to drive to a local branch.”

If I have a question about the loan Tammy never makes me feel I am asking a silly question. “Really like using this branch since it is very close. The tellers are easy to work with (friendly and kind). They are quick with the drive thru and inside as well. Usually have enough workers there to help with customer service.Have used the ATM many times with no issue. Plenty of parking in the front and of bank. The hours may be short Thru the week, but this is a standard thing for all banks now days.The parking lot and exterior of the bank is always clean and maintained. The interior is clean and maintained as well.”

“Used to bank here here for years. The tellers are pretty friendly and customer service is good along with good parking. They had remolded this branch several years ago which really helped.- Plenty of parking. Be safe though because it can have heavy traffic at times.- The drive thru gets busy, but there is plenty of lanes. Just look for the “Open” lit signs for which lanes are ready for you.- What I’m not happy with was the personal and business account fees and the way the transaction fees were handled for the checks in the deposits. Those fees really added up each month. And, the rates seem to keep jumping up every so often.”
