“They were wonderful, I'm just moving here from Weat Virginia we were staying at the Best Western. I dropped my key fob from the 2nd floor to the parking lot, once I got to my vehicle it wouldnt start - the transmitter in the fob detached. I call batteries plus to see if they sell & program them, Charlie answers the phone and he is absolutely fantastic. In order for him to program the key he needs the vehicle instead of making me tow the vehicle there I purchase the fob over the phone and he comes to me. This is not a service they offer, but he went out of his way to help me and I'm so thankful for him.”
