“This is a great little long term rental campground. The price is very affordable. It’s very close to anything you want to do in Cookeville. Other reviews have mentioned dogs. I have three little dogs and it’s not been an issue. Anyone saying it is might have too large a dog for the insurance to allow. It’s a very quiet park. Very pretty with trees and some spots with lots of shade. This park does not have onsite showers or laundry. Rick and Ron have been nothing but nice to work with. I would recommend it for anyone who is coming to work on a contractual basis, such as myself, or someone wanting to live the area in a camper. If you are just a weekend warrior this isn’t the place for you.”
