About HALES REPAIR GROUP
HALES REPAIR GROUP is Cookeville's premier independent German automotive repair shop. Factory trained and certified technicians use the most advanced software and tools, with over a decade of experience. They offer better than dealer repairs at or below dealer prices. The team is awesome, with reasonable prices. They are a family owned business. No one in the area would touch one car, but Trevor ran a very thorough diagnostic before doing any work. The team is phenomenal and honest, especially for foreign cars. Trevor is affordable and extremely knowledgeable in German auto repair. One customer drove from Nashville for service. The team figured out the issue and had an answer same day. The price was very fair. It is hard to find an honest and knowledgeable European repair facility. They did a great job on an exhaust upgrade on a BMW.

Trevor and June are exceptional young people. They went above and beyond to evaluate and resolve the problems with my VW Beetle. They had also repaired a VW Beetle for my grand daughter. I highly recommend Hales Repair Group.

These people are awesome. The prices are reasonable, Trevor explains everything very well, and they are a family owned business. I'm very pleased to have them work on my car and happy to support their business!
