“I knew to the area and have been looking for a repair shop for my vehicle. I received a flyer in the mail and decided to give Total Automotive a try for an oil change. I arrived at my appointment time and they were ready. This is a very clean professional looking facility. They have excellent equipment. The staff varies from younger staff to older staff so we got experience on site. I’m very pleased with the service that I received. I also found out that they have discounts for police firefighters and military to include veterans. I will be back for my alignment. Thanks guys keep up the great work.”

“This isn't a radiator repair review, this is about the people at Cookeville Radiator. I've taken radiators there for repair, but yesterday as I was coming home pulling my round baler. One of the wheel bearings went out on the hay baler. I needed somewhere to leave it until I got repair parts. When I called, they said, of course I could. When I got there they brought out a jack, blocks, impact wrench, everything I needed and didn't have. The roller was where I left it this morning, I replaced the bearings, and pulled the roller home. This is service above and beyond the call. If you have radiator issues, there people will treat you right. Thank you again, COOKEVILLE RADIATOR SERVICE!!”

“Yesterday my dear friend Deb and I were driving back to Nashville from a fun girls' trip to Asheville NC when all of the sudden her Subaru reacted as if we had hit something and several lights, including the check engine light came on and we had to instantly pull off while on the interstate. While baking in the sweltering midday sun and worrying that we would get hit by the oncoming traffic, we contacted AAA and the local police. What happened over the next few hours was as delightful an experience as one could have under the stressful circumstances. We spent the afternoon with dear Trooper White, Ricky, our fabulous tow truck angel, and then thankfully ended up at Endurance Automotive. I knew we were in the right place immediately when their sweet bulldog Buddy met us at the door! Steve, Rebecca, and the entire crew were welcoming, and provided top notch service from start to finish. They did a thorough assessment, had to call out for the part we needed, had it delivered, and put us safely back on the road before dark. They even called to make sure we made it home okay. I was recommended from a company to call Nabors and once I did they were there within 45 minutes. The experience was wonderful and my car was successfully transported to Firestone. The driver was very kind and I would’ve been stuck without them! Highly recommend!!”

“Cookeville Honda was able to replace my front grille emblem. Since it would take a couple of days, I was able to get a loaner vehicle so I was able to get all of my many errands done. And they buffed out some marks on my door for me. They also did a multi-point inspection which told me my battery was fine. Best of all, a few days later when the car would not start on a Sunday, when service department was closed, my salesman, Jason (from 2y previously) returned my panic call and assured us it was not the immobilizer causing the car to not start but that the battery can run down in only 7m if car is not running.”

“I don't care about the ancient bad reviews. My experience was amazing. I was on a trip back down to Florida from Wisconsin when my brakes got a massive leak in the middle of nowhere. Limped to cookesville where firestone rejected me. Mon n pop shop number 1 was willing to fit me in later but called Dunns who said they could see me right away. So thankful to them! Nothing but positive from me!”

“I took my car into Cookeville Nissan to have an oil change and tire rotation done. I did not have an appt they got me in quickley and under 80.00 dollars. After the service was done Austin went over everything with me in detail. He listened to my concerns. Did not pressure but worked with me. I believe it was the best exsperience I have had since going there since 2016. Austin even called me with prices of some things I wanted to do when he told me he would. Excellent customer service.
