My very first GM taught me a very important habit to maintain throughout my business ventures of life - " If there's time to lean, there's time to CLEAN!" ? If it were for me , I'd have went elsewhere .. for the price of that fan ... I can't think of 3 other nearby businesses that have cleaner,undamaged, cheaper ,like products.
Appearance is important. No one actively looks for the dirty opened boxes , unless there is a big clearance sticker on it, most pick 3rd one from the front ... Why? The 1st one is usually over handled, 2nd is missing a part or two and the third..... normally- complete and untouched except for the stockers. :)
4 stars for the lack of attention to detail and if there is one section looking like this... there are many. It's a decent store.. but it could be better. Strive for excellence, this could be it.”

“This store is awesome! Customer service... outstanding!. Went in looking for particular little metric size screws ( for a product made in Turkey)that no one else in town had. I got help from Dalton. He stuck with me and helped me try every possible screw that might have fit (size and thread). We didn't find a compatible screw, but I left there knowing we exhausted every possible option... thanks Dalton!”
