“I am very happy with this storage facility. I started out in a small unit ( was actually glad to have any unit at all) I asked the lady if she would let me know when a bigger unit became available. She did fairly quickly too. She has been patient with me on when I make my payment due to the date changing with the new unit. It's a clean nice storage with reasonable prices.”

“Needed to move recently from Cookeville to mid-western Virginia. Called Freddy Duncan and Sons for an estimate. After a review of our place, we received a quote which is what we were hoping for. The movers arrived two weeks later and did an outstanding job which took most of the day.The next day, we arrived at our destination. I wasn't sure how to pay and the truck had not arrived yet. Called Freddy Duncan and Sons office, and spoke personally to Freddy. He gave me a link where I could pay for services rendered. After that was done, the movers arrived and offloaded.I am so glad we were able to get such a fine company to move us. It really removed a lot of stress for this move.
