1999 Gainesboro Grade, Cookeville TN 38501
“I've used the units in Cookeville for years.. Started in an outside unit long before they had the climate controlled ones.. Donna was great helping me not only go from 2 smaller climate controlled units to a single larger one but she made sure the new single larger unit was in the same building to ease the switch because I had some very heavy items that getting across the gravel would have been very difficult. Donna was very polite and friendly, making the entire process seem almost too easy.”

“Highly recommend these movers! I moved with 3 guys and one truck and they were WONDERFUL! Took great care of my stuff, VERY respectful, moved quickly and had all the tools needed to get the job done. We had zero issues and I was extremely impressed. This says a lot because I was very nervous, being new to the area and not knowing anyone. HIGHLY recommend these guys!!”

“We shopped several storage facilities and this was the winner. The units are clean, well-lit, easy to enter, and the locations feels safe. The staff is helpful, they offer online pay and rent, and it was the most affordable in our comparison. Most importantly, the managment is local, respected, and trustworthy so security is tight and I know my belongings are safe.”

“I currently live out of state, so I have to mail my payment in and he is very understanding about how slow the mail is. He always lets me know when he receives the payment every month. He is always willing to work with you regarding the rent. He is very nice and laid back. Nowadays you don’t see businesses like this, usually the owners are rude and don’t care, but Derek is not like that. He is old school, he cares about the customers and I highly recommend East Spring Storage!”
