He's passionate about what he does and he cares about the koi and their health. He has done his research on what's the best food to feed to grow fantastic koi. The biggest win for me is their huge selection. They’ve got supplies for just about any animal you can imagine...dogs, cats, reptiles, small pets, and a whole wall of fish tanks. The prices run a little higher than what you find on their own website, but the convenience makes up for it.
What really stood out today was the customer service. A young lady named Kayla spent a good 20 minutes helping me and my son with his betta fish. My son loves this little fish, and she walked us through things I’d been stuck on with the tank setup. She knew her stuff, and honestly, I left impressed. She even talked me out of buying a couple accessories I didn’t actually need.
Overall, solid store, great employees, and the kind of service you don’t get online. I’ll keep shopping there.”
