“We absolutely love Tri Star Koi. Marlon is such a hard worker and he's very honest. We've bought many from him at this point and will continue to do so. He's passionate about what he does and he cares about the koi and their health. He has done his research on what's the best food to feed to grow fantastic koi. I cannot speak highly enough about Tri Star. It's always a pleasure working with them.”

“Pet Supplies Plus is the only pet store in town that carries the healthy dog food I prefer for my dog, and for that alone I’m really grateful. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but the peace of mind it gives me knowing I’m feeding my dog something good makes it worth it. I also really love their selection of dog treats — they have a lot of fun options and healthier choices.
That said, many of their other products can be very expensive compared to other places. I’m also not a big fan of the fish tank maintenance. Unfortunately, you can almost always spot a dead fish, which is disappointing to see. Overall, it’s a solid store for dog supplies, just with a few downsides”

“Every time we go in with Otis, the owner is polite, kind and smiling. She has a lot of all natural items for Otis which is very important to us as Otis only eats an all raw diet..The prices are very reasonable and she has a nice collection of clothing like tshirts for humans, very nice bowties, and scarves for your fur babies. We saw some cute glass cups with the store logo and dogs on them. Hats, bags, treats and of course donuts which is homemade and Otis loves them. They r even doing donations for the young lady Stephanie at Copeland Vet who has been diagnosed with cancer. We love how nice the owner is and love her little bakery.. Otis says it's the best pet store in Cookeville Tennessee. Check them out.”

“This store is NOT my fave to shop at, I would prefer Livingston over this one, but the stock levels at Cookville are better (Still not great, thanks computers).

But how FREAKING WONDERFUL is Ms. Aniyah? I walked in with 2 returns from an online order and a scanner. I didn't know the process and in the middle of what seemed like a TSC computer meltdown, she confidently took over when someone else couldn't do it, she also took my info so I didn't have to wait while she worked on it and she called me once it was processed. She was an angel! Top class service which was sooooo lovely!! She's a breath of fresh air!!”

The biggest win for me is their huge selection. They’ve got supplies for just about any animal you can imagine...dogs, cats, reptiles, small pets, and a whole wall of fish tanks. The prices run a little higher than what you find on their own website, but the convenience makes up for it.

What really stood out today was the customer service. A young lady named Kayla spent a good 20 minutes helping me and my son with his betta fish. My son loves this little fish, and she walked us through things I’d been stuck on with the tank setup. She knew her stuff, and honestly, I left impressed. She even talked me out of buying a couple accessories I didn’t actually need.

Overall, solid store, great employees, and the kind of service you don’t get online. I’ll keep shopping there.”
