I went into every boutique up and down this strip and she was the only one to greet me and actually interact with me, and that alone made me want to spend money there (besides the adorable clothes and accessories).”
“There was some trouble ordering from the website then picking up from the store. But Scotty at the Cookeville location, took care of it. He made sure I got the product I had already paid for and made sure to cancel my previous order when it finally came through and gave me a call to let me know he had done so. Excellent service!”
“The clothes were adorable!! I really liked everything I saw it was all unique and stylish. The facility was extremely clean and well kept. But there were three girls working when I was shopping and not a single one batted an eye toward me the entire time I was in the store which was close to 15 minutes. Not a hello, can we help you, or goodbye. I was going to go back and get a few dresses but opted not to because I felt ignored and judged. If someone just said hello or can I help you my experience would’ve been so much better.”

“Awesome place! I took my favorite boots in for a cleaning due to an oil stain. When the stain couldn’t be removed from just cleaning, Bryan made the boots darker to where the stain wasn’t even noticeable! The boots look so much better and I am extremely thankful Bryan was able to fix them! I wish I had before pictures to show the difference because they look fantastic now!”
“With all of these " farm supply " companies moving in, Big r farm and home absolutely has the best prices over the competition. The first time I had ever been in there was two days ago and I was amazed at not only the selection but it seemed like every price was $1 or two cheaper than the other farm box stores.
