“My son’s youth group were involved in a head on collision on i40 and these guys made this bad situation as good as possible with their service, sympathy and communication. As a business owner myself, I highly recommend their service!!!”
“This company is the best company we have ever had the pleasure of working with. My daughter's car died in the drive thru of a restaurant. It also has a push button shifter so it is difficult to move when not running. This company showed up quickly, maneuvered around the drive thru and managed to load her car without damage to it. Then the price was amazing! We were all so happy with this company that I can't say enough good things about them. Excellent customer service, great attitudes, sweet and caring people. #1 Towing service we have ever had to use.”
“Get and fast was there to get a real man off the interstate. Please give our laws and tows a be clap man. Cookeville stand on busy. 10/10 highly recommended. Cash is king always true story. Great company and communication skills on point very good. #GoSos towing #GoLaws #GoCookeville. I love it Great Deal won't disappoint.”
“I brought my 2011 Honda Element to South Willow Auto Clinic to have them install new headlight assemblies that had oxidized horribly. I brought them the OEM parts to use, but the bracket on one assembly was broken.
I tried reaching out to the online parts dealer to get a replacement sent overnight, but they couldn’t get it to me that quick. Since the car’s bumper had been removed for the install, I didn’t want to have the bumper re-installed a second time.
I called the local Honda dealership to get the OEM part, but they couldn’t promise it to me for 3 to 4 days. Stacy @ South Willow Auto Clinic called the dealership on my behalf, and got them to get it the very next day.
While the dealer’s price was more than I paid online, being able to get the part so quickly avoided me having to have the bumper removed/replaced a second time. Stacy also charged me the same amount for the dealer’s part. He was truly a life-saver.
I am so pleased with the remarkable customer service and help provided by Stacy. I will definitely bring my vehicles to South Willow Auto Clinic in the future. I highly recommend them.”
“Locked my keys in my car after a stressful morning. Called a few listed vendors and no one available for hours. Was referred to Nabor's - within 15 mins of my call Ozzy was on site and within 30 mins I had my keys and my car back! Reasonable price and small fee for paying with card but would absolutely use again if needed”
“Jeff is an honest man and great mechanic ! He will never try to cheat you or do substandard work. We have taken our vehicles to him for years. A good Christian man that lives his faith publicly.”
“I brought my truck and dropped it off for warranty on a transmission that was improperly installed by another shop. They took it in and got it back on the road in a very short amount of time and the truck runs ane drives perfectly. They coordinated with me every step of the way and made it very easy to recommend them to more people.”

“100% recommend. Fast response, reasonable pricing, and able to accommodate a 2 hour drive with a pickup truck, camping trailer, and 2 young kids. Thomas, the tow truck driver, was excellent. He safely handled our load and was amazing with my kids. Fantastic service, would use again!”
