T-Mobile at Costco has incredibly helpful staff. Noah did an excellent job helping pair a watch. Another young rep, Cortez, did an amazing job fixing phone and account troubles with reassurance. Courtez approached with great energy, listened to concerns, explained options clearly, and helped save on a bill. A friendly attitude and expertise made customers feel valued. Being a Costco Member has perks, with promotions and special offers not available in other stores or online.

Incredibly helpful staff. Friendly, patient, and informative. Being a Costco Member has it's perks. They have promotions and special offers they don't have in stores or online.
