“Recently, this business had a fire inside the shop during the night. I know this business was closed for over 6 weeks, and, still, driving by, you would always see employees outside working on something to help get the business back up - yard work, clean up, etc. What an amazing place it must be to work for if the employees (from secretary to mechanic) are still there, working side by side, acting as a team, and doing everything possible to help out the shop and shop's owners. I have been impressed with this shop and its growth, but to take my car somewhere where I know the employees are a team and love the place they work so much - it's invaluable. What a treasure in a sea of mechanic shops. I know the line is long to get work done usually, but that is telling, too. They are trusted, loved, and respected in the community. CANNOT wait for this shop to reopen.”

Sought a second opinion at Coleman Taylor on Winchester, and they nearly cut the price in half to rebuild it! Fantastic service, and even during the ice week, they got it completed in amazing time…and with an amazing warranty too!
Came back for the 1,000 mile-after inspection, and you can tell how much they care that their transmissions are up and running properly. If your transmission dies or has trouble, Coleman Taylor's on Winchester is the solid place I’d recommend.”

“Great group of people. The Liquid fertilizer barge service is top notch. Larry Walker and all the tankermen, capitins, pilots and deck hands really work together amd hard to get the transfer done safely and fast. No messing around, when they hit the dock and everyone on the boat comes out and gets things tied off and set up for transfer, if they have a issue everyone helps to get it resolved. Where I work we have a few different barge services come in and discharge and Southern is by far the best it takes them half the time to discharge then others. I would give them 10 stars.”

“The service was fast and within one hour of my initial call. The tow truck driver Dominique called me and told me he was about 20 minutes away from my car. He arrived promptly and confirmed I was the driver and greeted me. He then showed concern by asking me what was the problem with my car. Dominique was very professional, careful with my car, friendly and treated my car like it was his own. He followed me back to the drop off location and closed out the transaction. “These guys towed my car from the interstate to my house a good distance. They were the cheapest and fastest to come get me. The guy who towed me was very knowledgeable on towing. My tire came off my rim and he was able to get my car off the bed without driving on the rim, saving me lots of money! He even stopped at the gas station for me so I could get cash. I truly appreciate their service.”
