“I like this dollar store more than any of the othe byr ones I've been inside of every cashier that I have met on my trips there are always very helpful and ask if I found everything... shelf's are always stocked and over all great shopping.... the only thing I noticed is that the old man that works there never smiles, not one time have I ever seen a smile... all of the women are very helpful... maybe the older gentleman is just got some problems at home or just doesn't feel too good , but very nice place to shop”

“Interesting store. They have a big variety of things; toys, school supplies, health and beauty items, electronics and more. Most things are $5 although not everything. The items are of decent quality especially considering the low price point. It's kind of fun to take the grandkids in and hand them five bucks and see what they find.”
“We have always had a good experience here... despite the sign about leaving bags at the door (implying there are thieves who frequent this store). No one - customer or employee - has ever bothered us or made us uncomfortable shopping here. They almost always have exactly what I go in looking for. The employees are quick and personable. The store is always neat and organized. Overall, one of the better Dollar Tree locations in Knoxville!”

You always get cery friendly customer service here and it is always very easy to find what you are looking for but id dor some reason you can't, there is an employee rofht there ready to assist you! “I only had one problem with this store clerk . I have a 4 & 6 yr old. I don't take them out in public much because of the covid mess. Well to make a long story short. My 4 yr old looking around seen something that she liked. She starts to carry it out , as I was saying Oh No, you can't ever take anything without paying for it. The man yelled and said No you don't take things that you don't pay for. I said wait a min. she had started crying by then. I said you wait, I am trying to explain to her that you can Not ever just pick something up and carry it out. He should have NOT been so rude and loud to a 4 yr old. So NO I will NOT go back to that store. Thank you.”
“It fits whats in my wallet. Liam Brown always greets you with a warm welcome when you come in the door and is always willing to help you find something ys works the register and stocking. He also knows how do the cash and credit both. The other younger guy has a bad attitude very rude fuss cuss having to work over. He should be grateful he has a job. All he wants to do is cash no credit cards. I've also seen him in his car smoking pot behind the other stores. You can smell it. The manager I've known for years very nice. She's a friend.”
“I actually like this little store. I live pretty much across the road from the 1 on Rutledge pike (by East Knox Elem.) but will drive across the bridge to go tò this 1. But that's mostly because of the store cleanliness an also, nio, mostly because the 1 on Rutledge pike has the most horrible customer service I've seen at a Dollar General in a very long time. They are quite rude at that 1 an forget it if you need any kind of help on the floor. There store is also a mess most of the time. With carts an merch sitting every where. I certianly understand if there's not enough to ring up customers AND put out stock. Mgt is at fault there. But when you've got even 3 working, thats MORE than enough, honestly!”

“I’m new to the area and by far this is my favorite store. The ladies are amazing and are always willing to go out of their way to help anyone who asks. I’ve never went into that store and not been greeted for there was always one of them around to make sure they greet each customer that comes in. The store manager is just so bubbly and energetic that it makes the atmosphere feel wonderful. I don’t know why anyone would try to destroy something that apparently has took a lot time to shape and form to make it just right.”
