We are a family of six that was on our way home, back to Wisconsin, when we had a sidewall blowout on one of our tires.
We stopped at Firestone first, and they stated that they were unable to help us.
This Pep Boys location had tires in stock and got us in right away.
We walked down the street to have breakfast, while we waited. When we got back, they came out and gave us all cold waters while we waited just a little while longer.
Thanks to this business, we are currently on our way back home.
