“Fisher came highly recommended from friends. Had an oil change and 4 new tires. There was a small mistake made- the oil filter used in my car had a puncture hole. This caused all the oil to spew out a few days later while out of town. It was Labor Day weekend so not much could be done. Walmart gave me a new filter to get home. Upon my return I had fisher take a second look, and brought them the punctured filter. They refunded me for the oil change and were extremely apologetic. I appreciated their customer service and their urgency throughout the situation. Overall it seems like it was a rare error that can happen when getting oil changes. I plan on returning for my next oil change and continuing to recommend them to others. It’s rare to find an honest, family run business like this.”

I asked them to fix the leak, but if they felt I was ready for new tires go ahead and give me a quote. They could have sold me new tires then and there, but they honestly told me I just needed the nail removed. I had plenty of life left on the tires.
