“Had 2 tires replaced on the front of my car today at this place ( 1st time customer ) I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Very friendly & they had me in & out in a matter a minutes. And they are very reasonable.”
“The folks here are great! They treated me like royalty! I pulled in with my semi and purchased 8 Yokohama trailer tires. Plenty of room to maneuver a rig. Fantastic prices and service! I will definitely be back.”
“I’ve been a truck driver for 15 years and the service I received from these guys are above and beyond of what I expected.
Had a blowout on my trailer tire called around no one had used tires in stock but someone recommended to call David’s.
I came in right away they found me a used Michelin tire I asked if they had more then one they had a handful I wanted to replace the bad tire and get a spare tire.
They not only changed and got me in immediately but charged me only $300 total for install and 2 Michelin tires! I’m blown away not only were they professional but honest and reasonable.
ANY TRUCKERS WHO NEED TIRES DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE YOU WONT REGRET IT. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE.”
“Great service!! I was traveling and had a flat tire. They patched it up very quickly and put it back on. Super courteous and professional! Highly recommend! I'm so grateful for the help!”
“I went in today looking for a used tire . The owner had two for a good price. When he looked at my tire he said he could fix my tire for less than getting a used tire . He saved me money instead of making a sale . Super nice people there. Knowledgeable super nice people, do great work. I'll recommend them to my family and neighbors !”
“Wife had to have new tires on her suv so we went back to what I have always known as east Knoxvilles tire store. I had done quite a bit of my own research and had an idea of what tires I wanted to consider. Henderson Tire offered me all the tires I mentioned at reasonable prices and offered other tires on both ends of my budget (value tires and premium).
The service area is always staffed with friendly and helpful people who will gladly answer your questions and make you feel welcome while your there. They are the biggest draw for me as I always want a recommendation from the people who put them on and see how they wear when they take them off.
Overall, the atmosphere is friendly and they are always glad to help out. My son picked up two screws in one of his tires last year and he just pulled in Hendersons without an appointment and they immediately took care of my 20 year old bewildered offspring with great service and tire repair that saved him a fortune on an AWD car.
They are not a fancy store with tv's everywhere or people running around in Nascar uniforms but they are friendly and probably deliver better value and better service.
I appreciate them and already have plans to return when I get a few more miles on my 4wd for an all terrain tire they showed me today.
Good place and good people.”
“Father had a flat around the corner. Was able to inflate enough to drive here. On a busy Sunday they were able to get us in, replace tire and balance in less than 45 mins and everyone couldn’t have been nicer”
“I came in for an alignment because I have a lifetime alignment and they rotated the tires for free and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. To me that’s pretty amazing.”
“The staff, Evan, Logan and Tyler are extremely professional and go above and beyond to assure issues are resolved and service completed.
In addition they do everything they can to complete service in a timely manner.”
“Tire went flat and had to be replaced! Rushed us thru the busy schedule since we advised them that we had groceries in the car and were an hour and a half from home!”
