“My husband and I stayed overnight in this hotel while traveling across eastern TN. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the service was wonderful, but what made this place really stand out was the fact that when we checked out we forgot my husbands camera equipment in the room and did not realize it until we were 30 minutes away. I was not feeling well that morning and our focus was on me!

Once we realized it was missing I called the hotel and the lady stated that the cleaning person had found it and turned it into the front desk. She had not called because my phone number was not in my rewards account and therefore she did not have my phone number.

We were able to retrieve his expensive camera and lenses and it was really wonderful that this hotel kept it safe.

Rooms: Rooms were clean and not damp!

Walkability: Restaurants are within walking distance

Food & drinks: They had a really nice breakfast”

“Breathtaking gorgeous view. There's a nice pool and hot tub in the middle, with a scenic deck. They'll have a live band playing relaxing acoustic music. Very secluded, make sure you buy things during the day before coming back up to settle down for the night.Nearby activities: You are way up on top of a mountain. So once youstart drinking, you're pretty much settled in for the night. But it's quiet and relaxing, so you don't really want to leave anyways. You're only about 15 minutes from Gatlinburg and all the tourist stuff over there. Just the drive down the mountain takes maybe 8 minutes or so.”

“Very clean and friendly. We had our little Shih Tzu with us. We were there to see property and talk to a builder(at different times). The lobby is great for conversing, tables, and comfy chairs. This is more than just a place to sleep. Will stay again when in the area.Rooms: Nice and clean. Just wish there was more than 1 bath towel, considering that there were 2 of us.Food & drinks: Breakfast is ok, soft drinks are very pricey, consider getting them before you settle in.”

“I wanna thank Tom for going beyond expectations and because of his kindness and help I really enjoyed my 5 day and 4 night stay in Newport TN and I highly recommend staying here rooms are great and up to date bathrooms have been remodeled and pool is up and running and there's restaurants close by great view of mountains ???”
